I use theoretical models and simulation methods to study the behavior of colloidal suspensions and other complex fluids for novel applications in sensors, reconfigurable soft materials, lab-on-a-chip systems, and drug/cargo delivery. In general, my research group addresses problems in fluid mechanics, transport processes, Brownian dynamics, and interfacial phenomena.
I’m a champion of research, innovation, and entrepreneurship in Puerto Rico.
